I had tried to fix the problem myself with the help of my Dad, but needless to say, we are not professional mechanics and Mike & the subsequent shop he referred me to, could tell. 5 mins at my vehicle… He went to check out the vehicle, and then came back to me and told me he wanted to show me what was with the issue I came in for… which was RAD. That was such a fresh breath of air, as usually I get shoved aside and shown an insane & exorbitant quote that i don’t understand after someone spends 4. When I came in, I was seen at the time I was promised, Mike came out, sat in the lobby and chatted with me to get the story behind the issue of my car. She gave me advisement on time to come in, she seemed to have some actual understanding of the problem I called in with - and could respond appropriately - instead of defaulting to «.um, i dunno». They do not have a «phone picker upper» at Integrity Plus Auto - they have an awesome woman (Grace?) that not only was able to capture my information into their database, but she was super tuned into the life vibe of the shop. :) Before I called Integrity Plus, most of the shops I called were a complete nightmare when it came to simply trying to translate «my problem» and «my vehicle» to the phone picker upper. The definition of the word ‘integrity’ states: «adherence to moral and ethical principles soundness of moral character honesty.» Integrity Plus Auto Service is a shining example in the application of that word. That’s the thanks I get for referring business to them.

Funny thing is I recommended my friend here right before this entire ordeal. All the communication was through the front desk secretary. I couldn’t even get in touch with Mike, the mechanic. Very unprofessional from their standpoint, and even worse that they dragged me on and just dumped me now. They call me later in the day and say they can’t fix the issue because «it’s a Hyundai» without any further explanation.

So finally I get fed up and demanded an explanation. I call every day for the following 3 days and they just keep telling me they’ll get back to me later in the day. I ask for a cost for repair and the front desk tells me they’ll get to me later that day. I took my car in a couple of times for the same issue and after the second visit, they told me they ordered the part (a transmission solenoid). They’re really busy and didn’t solve my problem. Shop has changed over the past few months.
